Supporter Programmes
🤝

Run a supporter programme that stays with your brand.

Recruitment alone does not produce content. We screen applicants, onboard participants, manage missions and follow up individually so agreed activities lead to deliverables. Recruitment responsibilities are agreed before the programme starts.

An ongoing programme for a baby and children’s commerce brand

The need

Different products and age groups required relevant product-experience content throughout the year.

Our role

We coordinated supporter activities across baby, toddler, kids and junior segments, tracking participant activity and content output.

The record

The operation records cover roughly 4.5 years and contain 41,054 UGC content entries across four age segments.

Experience managing recurring activities across different products and stages of childhood.

Based on operation records from November 2021 to June 2026. The UGC figure counts content records, not unique participants, reach or sales.

Start with your challenge

We manage the work that follows recruitment.

  1. Recruiting participants is only the start of the workload.
  2. Multiple products need different participant profiles and activity briefs.
  3. Your team spends too much time checking submissions and following up.

Define eligibility and selection criteria around the product, intended audience and type of content required.

Keep each activity on schedule

Who handles recruitment and sets programme goals?
The client’s team and WINCOMMS agree on recruitment and goal-setting responsibilities for each project. In the referenced programme, the client handled recruitment and goals; WINCOMMS supported applicant screening, client selection and rechecks, onboarding, activity guidance, reminders, content review and final evaluation.
How is this different from an influencer campaign?
An influencer campaign centres on the creator and campaign placement. A supporter programme centres on a cohort’s product experiences and recurring activities over an agreed period. Scope and fees are set separately.
Does this include running our official social accounts?
No. Official channel planning and publishing are a separate service. They can be coordinated with the programme when needed.
What happens if someone misses a deadline?
We agree on reminders, follow-up steps and replacement or withdrawal conditions before launch, and track each participant’s status.
Can we reuse participant content?
Media, duration, editing and any additional payment must be agreed with the participant. Reuse is limited to the permissions obtained.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why do foreign brands need a specialized Korea marketing agency?

South Korea's digital ecosystem is fundamentally different from the West. While Google and Meta dominate globally, Korea relies on localized super-apps like Naver, KakaoTalk and Coupang. A specialized Korea marketing agency like WINCOMMS provides the native-language execution, cultural nuance and platform-specific expertise needed to navigate these closed algorithms and highly engaged local communities.

What makes Naver SEO different from Google SEO?

Google weights domain authority and external backlinks. Naver SEO is built around a "Universal Search" layout that prioritizes fresh, user-generated content from within its own ecosystem — Naver Blogs, Naver Cafés and Knowledge iN. Success on Naver requires active content creation and community seeding rather than traditional backlink building.

How does Naver Café and community marketing work?

Naver Cafés are specialized, heavily moderated communities where Korean consumers research products and share authentic reviews. WINCOMMS uses subtle, native viral seeding to introduce your brand into these conversations organically — generating powerful word-of-mouth and social proof without triggering anti-spam moderation.

Do you offer white-label Korean marketing services for global agencies?

Yes. WINCOMMS acts as a reliable local execution partner for global advertising and PR agencies. We offer strict NDAs, transparent reporting and seamless integration with your existing team. We handle the on-the-ground execution in Korea while you keep the strategic relationship with your client.

Which platforms are essential for e-commerce marketing in South Korea?

For e-commerce success, brands must optimize for Coupang (the "Amazon of Korea") and Naver Shopping — with localized product detail pages, platform-specific SEO and Naver Shopping search ads. Seeding promotions in Korean hotdeal communities drives massive, immediate traffic to these storefronts.

What is the best strategy for launching a new brand in Korea?

The most effective market-entry strategy combines top-of-funnel awareness through Korean influencers and bloggers, mid-funnel community seeding in Naver Cafés to build trust, and bottom-of-funnel Naver/Coupang SEO to capture search intent. WINCOMMS provides end-to-end execution across this entire funnel.

Can foreign companies advertise on KakaoTalk?

Yes, but it requires navigating business registration and verification. KakaoTalk is installed on nearly every smartphone in Korea, making Kakao Biz Channels and display ads highly effective. WINCOMMS handles the setup, content localization and media buying for seamless Kakao campaigns for foreign entities.
